Operation
Tidmarsh Heritage Roller Blind
Our 'heritage system' of roller blind is favoured by conservation experts who need to replace, match and install roller blinds in listed buildings and palaces i.e The National Trust & English Heritage. It is historical authenticity compliant and includes the 'Tidmarsh Patent Action Spring Roller' dating back to 1880s
As before, these blinds can be motorised which is of considerable importance in special circumstances where historical accuracy goes hand in hand with convenience of operation
Pull Up Roller Blinds
As the name suggests, these are installed at the base of the window and are pulled upwards. They are ideal for partial and total privacy at the height required whilst allowing natural light to enter the room from the top of the window. Operated by an 'all round' or 'central' pulley system secured by a cleat, these blinds can be made from one of our wide range of designer fabrics or made using clients' own material
Sun Blinds
As recommended by leading interior designers, we have a range of Sun Blinds. These sit discreetly behind the curtains to protect delicate fabrics and silks from fading and light damage whilst still allowing natural daylight into the room. The fabrics used are UV resistant in themselves and give a UV protection performance that can be specified to a certain percentage of transmission through the fabric.
