External Roller Blinds
Our external roller and Venetian blinds are not only a significant way of reducing heat gain and glare, they can also be an attractive way of enhancing the architecture of the building whether for residential or commercial use.
These blinds are fitted externally to the building and require a motorised operation. The heat gain savings can be up to 90% as the heat is kept outside the building. This not only makes for a more comfortable building environment but reduces all the associated costs of keeping the temperature cool or insulating the building at night. There is also the consideration of added security to a building that an exterior blind can provide.
Both the roller and Venetian blinds can have aluminium side guides which can be colour matched to the building or for a lighter look, they can be wire guided. They can be raised or lowered easily for ease of access.
In addition, the style and finish means that when lowered, you don't feel cut off from the outside.
Both our external roller and external Venetian blinds come with a choice of operating systems which are very versatile and can be fitted vertically, horizontally or on a sloping window. We offer a wide selection of fabrics and finishes that can enhance, complement or contrast with the building depending on your requirements:
Projects completed include City Park Offices, Hove in conjunction with Costain Construction and Thornwood Gardens, Kensington with 800 Group.
